Welcome to HVBSA's online registration (OLR) system.

What you need to know

  • Online registration will open on Dec 1, 2009.
  • The cost to register for Baseball is $130.00 until 12/31/09; $140.00 until 1/30/10; $165.00 until registration closes on February 28, 2010. On-line registration is open to all players ages 6-15 as of April 30th 2010. Senior Babe Ruth participants (ages 16 – 18), registration will open April 1, 2010.  The registration fee will be determined at that time.
  • The cost to register for Softball is $130.00 until 12/31/09; $140 before 1/30/10 and $165.00 before registration closes on February 28, 2010. Senior Girls can sign up at a reduced rate of $85. Registration is open to girls ages 6-18.
  • The online registration is based on a household. The first time you use the online registration for the upcoming season, you should select option that indicates that you have not registered for the 2009 season.
  • You can register multiple players in either/both baseball and softball programs.
  • A registration is not considered complete until payment is made.
  • Questions regarding Baseball should be directed to Joe Gambino, Baseball's Player Agent. Question regarding Softball should be directed to Bill Roell, Softball Chairman
  • On the volunteer page, parents must check the "Required Parent Participation" volunteer option OR request a household buyout ($100). Buyouts will be automatically added to your invoice at check-out time.
    • What is Required Parent Participation? Each parent is required to work 4 hours supporting the HVBSA program. Duties include working in the snack bar and field maintenance before/after games. The buyout exempts the parents from volunteering their time.
