1. Please note that a buyout of Snack Bar duties and Game Day field preparation is available for $100 per family. This year a master list of assignments will be prepared prior to the beginning of the season. This buyout does not include 'Spring' and 'Fall Field Days'.
2. If you are not sure if your child is ready to advance to a higher level please contact your most recent coach or a board member for guidance. Please note concerns when registering.
3. Refund Policy – registration refunds prior to the draft will be the reg fee minus a $35 administration processing fee. There are NO refunds after the draft except for medical reasons and a Dr.’s note will be required. If it is a valid exception the $35 admin fee will still apply.
4. HVBSA Scholarships – To be considered for a scholarship download the HVBSA Scholarship Form , print and complete the application and mail to HVBSA, P.O. Box 53, Pennington NJ 08534

Baseball:

Signups for baseball Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth league will open on Dec 21, 2011.
The cost to register is
  • $130.00 up until 01/31/2012
  • $140.00 up until 02/29/2012
  • $165.00 up until registration closes on March 10, 2012
Online registration (OLR) is open to Babe Ruth ages 13 to 15 as of April 30, 2012 and Cal Ripken ages 6 to 12 as of April 30, 2012. Senior Babe Ruth participants ages 16 to 18 will have a separate OLR in May. If you have any questions, please contact Bill Szafranski , the Player Agent.

Softball:

Registration for the 2012 girls softball is now open.  The cost to register is as follows:
  • Instructional Division A - $75
  • Division AA - $130
  • Division AAA - $130
  • Majors Division - $130
  • Seniors Division - $130
Online registration is open to all girls ages 6-18 and is only being accepted at the website.
