The mission of the HVBSA shall be to promote, exhibit, and instill firmly in the children of the community, the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority, so that they will have the opportunity to become well adjusted, stronger, and happier children, grow to be good, decent, healthy, and trustworthy citizens, and develop the athletic abilities of each child only in a manner consistent with the foregoing objectives.

    Online registration for Baseball Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth leagues now open for Spring 2009 season.
On-line registration is open to all players ages 6-15 as of April 30th 2009. Senior Babe Ruth participants (ages 16 – 18) will have a manual registration in June. The cost is $140 until 1/31/09. After that date the registration fee increases to $165 until registration closes on February 28, 2009 (a late fee of $25 will be assessed after 2/28/09).     Online registration for Softball is now open for Spring 2009 season.
Online registration for Softball is now open for Spring 2009 season. Registration is open to girls ages 6-18. The cost is $140 before registration closes on February 28, 2009 (a late fee of $25 will be assessed after 2/28/09). Senior Girls can sign up at a reduced rate of $85.
