    Attn: Coaches & Volunteers
In 2006, Hopewell Township enacted an ordinance (06-1381), which requires Criminal Background Checks as a requirement for volunteers of youth programs that are funded by the township or those that utilize township facilities. HVBSA is trying to follow the intent of this law and have all coaches go through the basic background checks the township requires. Please read our Background Check Instructions and download the Volunteer Form as necessary.

    2012 Girls Softball Registration is now open
Registration for the 2012 Girls Softball season is now open.
Please note that we have implemented a new lower cost instructional Division for this year and have changed the grades of the girls who play within each of the other Divisions.
Updated information for each of the Divisions will be provided on the Division's web page shortly.

    HVBSA Meeting Dates
HVBSA meetings are scheduled for 7:00PM on 2/6, 3/5 and 4/9 at the red building behind Bacon field. The meetings are open to all HVBSA members and everyone is welcome to attend. Anyone wishing to add an item to the meeting agenda must do so three days prior to meeting date. Contact any board member with questions.
